All deliveries within the uk will be subject to a £3.50 delivery charge for Royal mail recorded
All deliveries to europe will be subject to a £7.95 delivery charge
All deliveries to the rest of the world will be subject to a £9.95 delivery charge

Our Company will not disclose any customer details to a third party. Your delivery details are only kept on record if you choose "my account" option. The only time your details are made available to a third party is address details to a courier company for delivery of your purchase.

Returns policy

All products come with a 14 days, no quibble money back guarantee(minus any P&P costs), as long as the product is returned to us unused with all prices/swing tags still intact in a sellable condition. All products returned to Our Company must be done so at the customers cost, unless a picking error has been made by us, to which Our Company will replace your goods at our cost. If a product has had its tags removed or has been marked by the customer it will be refused a credit and returned to the customer in the state it was received in.

If the size you have chosen is found to be incorrect for your needs then once the product has been returned to Our Company (at customers cost) the correct size will be supplied and returned at the customers cost. However, if the correct size is no longer in stock the customer may request a new item or full refund (minus any P&P costs incurred).

If a product is found to be faulty by the customer, then the goods are to be returned to the manufacturer where it will undergo a "validity check". Once the item has undergone the check it will be deemed by the manufacturer weather the goods are faulty or not.The manufacturers decision in this is final and if found to be faulty the customer will receive a full credit and notification.

This does not affect your statuatory rights.
